      Responsible for design of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, process piping, process systems, and heat recovery, cadding of Mechanical and Electrical systems. Accomplish code reviews and analysis. Analyze buildings to determine the best system for the specific application. Calculate energy savings in order to obtain incentives for clients. Perform buildings surveys and provide report summarizing areas of concern and appropriate courses of action. Design of office, industrial, and institutional mechanical/electrical and plumbing systems including DDC.       • Responsible for the design and project management of an 18,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, including precision manufacturing spaces, and an office area.
      • Designed and supervised construction of a 3,000-square-foot class 100 clean room for manufacturing use, including compressed air, de-ionized water, and process exhaust systems.
      • Designed and managed the MEP/FP construction of a multi-story commercial kitchen, including specification of Melink controls, kitchen hoods, and designing the kitchen equipment layout.
